Home prices are dropping at record rates, but what the news isn't talking about is the inventory crisis.
They say housing inventory is increasing but they aren't telling us that it's relative to the extremely low demand which is why we have more homes for sale than buyers because the Fed increased interest rates.
But The Fed will stop increasing rates in 2023 and guess what will happen? Buyers will return but we'll STILL be stuck in an inventory crisis because we are down 50% since 2019.
