1. Short Form Video (Tik Tok, IG Reels, YT Shorts, etc.)
Example:

How a Luxury Agent Built a 600k Tik Tok Following with 1 Strategy
Video Structure:
1. Hook -
- Grab their attention - The sizzle, the bait
- Start macro then go micro for the best traction. Niching down too far on Reels/Tik Toks doesn’t work well.
- For example, I wouldn’t talk about real estate marketing, I would talk about marketing and then later in the video start going into the real estate side. When talking about “the Housing Market” you wouldn’t necessarily want to say your local market until you’ve hooked more people in the first 3 seconds, then you may go into calling it out.
2. Transition -
- Keep their attention - unravel but don’t answer the question or solve their problem yet. This is the setup for the answer.
- Open the Loop
3. Middle -
- Retain their attention - The steak, the body - Actionable takeaways, steps, process, framework, checklist or lessons
- Close the loop (resolve the problem, finally answer the question)
End-
Tik Tok and IG Reels - either CTA or make the video loop seamlessly
